She helps prepare and list the home for the best exposure and both houses sold within two weeks. She makes what is usually a painful process pretty painless. And now in 2023 Jean’s team has helped me sell ANOTHER house. Rachel gave us excellent guidance about how to prepare the house to get ready to show the house in the best light. Her practical advice about what needed to be addressed, and what wasn’t a priority allowed us to get on the market and get an offer quickly.
