Our charitable giving is focused donating our time and a portion of our profit to local charities.

RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. We are proud to participate each year on the second Thursday of May.

Making a difference in the lives of others where we live lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture.

Our bi-annual food drives started in Live Oak Reserve in the Fall of 2011. It then expanded to a food drive in The Sanctuary in the Spring of 2016.

Both have become annual events in partnership with the Hagerty High School Spanish Honor Society.

The Orlando Regional REALTOR Association dropped its newest State of the Market update. During the month of January 2023, the Orlando housing market inventory experienced a significant increase compared to the same month last year. In addition, the median price increased while sales decreased. A total of 1,674 homes sold during the month, a tally that is 45% less than the 3,033 sales in the same month during 2022. The median price of an Orlando home sold in January 2023 was $350,000, which is a 5% increase compared to the same month last year. The limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando is still a challenge for buyers compared to the same month in 2022. The number of homes on the market increased by 157%. During the month of November 2022, the Orlando housing market inventory experienced a significant increase compared to the same month last year. In addition, the median price increased while sales decreased. A total of 1,996 homes were sold during the month, a tally that is 46% less than the 3,664 sales in the same month during 2021. The median price of an Orlando home sold in November 2022 was $360,000, which is a nine percent increase compared to the same month last year. The limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando is still a challenge for buyers. Compared to the same month in 2021, the number of homes on the market increased by 136%, compared to the last month there are only 1% more properties available. There are currently 7,197 homes listed for sale.

Live Oak Reserve Food Drive 2022

Hi, I’m Jean Scott. I just wanted to say thank you to Live Oak Reserve for your very generous donation of food. The bags were full to the rim this year and it really makes a huge difference. We collected 127 bags with the National Honors Society from Hagerty High School for Spanish. They came out and helped us gather all the food and we delivered it all here to HOPE, Saturday, today.
