Our charitable giving is focused donating our time and a portion of our profit to local charities.

RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. We are proud to participate each year on the second Thursday of May.

Our bi-annual food drives started in Live Oak Reserve in the Fall of 2011. It then expanded to a food drive in The Sanctuary in the Spring of 2016.

Both have become annual events in partnership with the Hagerty High School Spanish Honor Society.

The Orlando Regional REALTOR Association dropped its newest State of the Market update. During the month of May 2023, the Orlando housing market inventory experienced an increase compared to the same month last year. In addition, the median price equaled the same while sales decreased. A total of 3,150 homes sold during the month, a tally that is 20% less than the 3,946 sales in the same month during 2022. The median price of an Orlando home sold in May 2023 was $378,000 which is a 1% decrease compared to the same month last year. The limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando is still a challenge for buyers compared to the same month in 2022. The number of homes on the market increased by 34% over last year, and the same as last month. There are currently 5,149 homes listed for sale.

Hi, I’m Jean Scott and we just wanted to send a big thank you out to The Sanctuary subdivision here in Oviedo, Florida for participating in our food drive. This is Yvette Rhodes, she is the teacher at Hagerty High School for the Spanish National Honor Society students. Thank you so much for coming out to help us. We really appreciate your participation.  We love to do it we do it every year with you and we’re so glad to be part of the process. Awesome! Well, they come out and all the kids from that club come out and joined us. We drop off bags in the community and then they come back, and they help us collect all the food and bring it back here to HOPE where it’s distributed to those in need in the community.
