Our charitable giving is focused donating our time and a portion of our profit to local charities.

RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. We are proud to participate each year on the second Thursday of May.

Making a difference in the lives of others where we live lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture.

Our bi-annual food drives started in Live Oak Reserve in the Fall of 2011. It then expanded to a food drive in The Sanctuary in the Spring of 2016.

Both have become annual events in partnership with the Hagerty High School Spanish Honor Society.

The Orlando Regional REALTOR Association dropped its newest State of the Market update. During the month of October 2023, the Orlando housing market inventory experienced an increase compared to the same month last year. In addition, the median price increased while sales decreased. A total of 2,429 homes were sold during the month, a tally that is 11% less than the 2,716 sales in the same month during 2022. The median price of an Orlando home sold in October 2023 was $377,000 which is a 3% increase compared to the same month last year. The limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando is still a challenge for buyers compared to the same month in 2022. The number of homes on the market increased by 10% compared to the last month. There are 16% more properties available. There are currently 7,813 homes listed for sale.

Orlando, Florida Home Sales – June 2023

The Orlando Regional REALTOR Association dropped its newest State of the Market update. During the month of June 2023, the Orlando housing  market inventory hardly experienced a change compared to the same month last year. In addition, the median price and sales decreased. A total of 3,124 homes sold during the month, a tally that is 18% less than the 3,793 sales in the same month during 2022. The median price of an Orlando home sold in June 2023 was $385,000 which is a 1% decrease compared to the same month last year. A limited number of homes available for sale in Orlando is still a challenge for buyers compared to the same month in 2022. The number of homes on the market increased by 0% compared to the last month. There are 6% more properties available. There are currently 5,450 homes listed for sale.
