Our charitable giving is focused donating our time and a portion of our profit to local charities.

RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. We are proud to participate each year on the second Thursday of May.

Making a difference in the lives of others where we live lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture.

Our bi-annual food drives started in Live Oak Reserve in the Fall of 2011. It then expanded to a food drive in The Sanctuary in the Spring of 2016.

Both have become annual events in partnership with the Hagerty High School Spanish Honor Society.

Orlando, Florida Home Sales A total of 2,601 homes sold during the month of June 2024. That is 17% less than the 3,1240 sales in June 2023. Overall sales rose 17% from April to May. There were 2,601 sales in June, down from 2,909 sales in May. This breaks a four-month streak of rising sales. Median Home Price The Orlando, Florida median home price for June was recorded at $395,000, up from $385,000 in May. This is the highest monthly median home price on record in the Orlando area. This is the second time in 2024 the record has been broken. Inventory of Homes for Sale Inventory for June was recorded at 10,796, up 5.0% from May when inventory was recorded at 10,282. This is the sixth month in a row that inventory has risen. The last time inventory was this high was November 2015. Demand in the Orlando market is holding strong this summer, as evidenced by yet another record-breaking median home price in June. The good news for buyers is that we are continuing to see inventory rise. More inventory gives buyers more options and more power to negotiate with the seller in the home-buying process. There were 2,909 sales in May, up from 2,759 sales in April. This is the fourth month in a row that sales have risen. Median Home Price The Orlando, Florida median home price for May was $385,000. That is down from $388,500 in April 2024. April was the highest monthly median home price on record in the Orlando metropolitan area. The median home price for May 2024 was 2% higher than May 2023. Inventory of Homes for Sale The number of homes on the market increased by 100% compared to May 2023 and increased by 10% over April 2024. There are currently 10,282 homes listed for sale. During the month of March 2024, the Orlando housing market inventory experienced an increase compared to the same month last year, in addition, the median price increased while overall sales decreased a total of 2559 homes sold during the month a tally that is 13% less than the 2,936 sales in the same month during 2023.
