Our charitable giving is focused donating our time and a portion of our profit to local charities.

When you sell or buy a home with Jean Scott Homes, you are helping us support families in need in the communities that we serve.

RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. We are proud to participate each year on the second Thursday of May.

Making a difference in the lives of others where we live lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture.

Our bi-annual food drives started in Live Oak Reserve in the Fall of 2011. It then expanded to a food drive in The Sanctuary in the Spring of 2016.

Both have become annual events in partnership with the Hagerty High School Spanish Honor Society.

Sham-Rock Run with HOPE Helps 2019

For the past 8 years, HOPE Helps has held the Annual Sham-Rock Run 5k to help raise money for our friends and neighbors in need in the community. This year, we had the pleasure of sponsoring and participating in the event. Tom and I were ecstatic to watch our community come together for a wonderful morning of friends, family, and supporting our fellow neighbors. Along with the 5k, the event had the Little Leprechaun Lap for children, Irish dancers, and other fun games to participate in.  Together, HOPE Helps was able to raise $20,000 to support those in our community who need it helps. We’re so proud of our community and we look forward to participating in more events in the future.  If you’d like to help support our community, you may help in a number of ways, including donating cash or food to their food pantry .

This March, we worked with HOPE Inc. to hold our annual Spring Food Drive in The Sanctuary Community of Oviedo, Florida.  HOPE Inc. is a charity in our own backyard. They gather food and supplies year-round and strive to help individuals and families in need in our community.  Alongside the bright and hardworking students of Hagerty High’s Spanish Honor Society, we dropped off bags at the beginning of the week and were able to collect 112 bags of food to donate to HOPE! We would like to thank the generous residents of The Sanctuary Community, the Hagerty High Spanish Honors Society, Synergy Mortgage Firm, as well as members of our own team who came out to make this a success. We look forward to working together in the future on more opportunities to help our local community.

Live Oak Reserve Food Drive 2018

HOPE Helps is an organization located in our own community of Oviedo that provides assistance to those in need in Seminole County. Throughout the month of October, Jean Scott Homes teamed up with HOPE Helps and the Hagerty High Spanish Honor Society to help families in need this holiday season. We spread the word about our food drive to the entire Live Oak Reserve Community and they delivered over 140 bags on bags of food. We picked up every bag filled with food and delivered it to the HOPE Helps Pantry in the heart of Oviedo. We would like to thank the generous residents of the Live Oak Reserve Community, the HHS Spanish Honors Society, the members of the Jean Scott Homes Team, and HOPE Helps for reaching out to help their local communities.

Keller Williams Red Day 2018 on May 1oth this year. Each year on the second Thursday of May, we celebrate RED Day as a part of our legacy worth leaving. Making a difference in the lives of others and bettering the communities that we serve lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture, “Give Where We Live” Keller Williams Red Day 2018 This year, the team members of Jean Scott Homes joined our Keller Williams Advantage colleagues to get the Girls Scouts’ Camp Mah-Kah-Wee in Chuluota back in shape after it was decimated by Hurricane Irma and a wildfire last year. We painted about everything that didn’t move and put down mulch on over a mile of walking trails.
