Our charitable giving is focused donating our time and a portion of our profit to local charities.

RED Day is Keller Williams’ annual day of service. We are proud to participate each year on the second Thursday of May.

Making a difference in the lives of others where we live lies at the heart of the Keller Williams culture.

When you sell or buy a home with us, you are helping us support families in need and the communities that we serve. A portion of the profit from every transaction is donated to HOPE .

Our bi-annual food drives started in Live Oak Reserve in the Fall of 2011. It then expanded to a food drive in The Sanctuary in the Spring of 2016.

Both have become annual events in partnership with the Hagerty High School Spanish Honor Society.

The overall median home price in 2024 was recorded at $385,000, an all-time high and an increase of 3.9% compared to 2023 when the overall median home price was recorded at $370,500. 2023 previously held the record for highest overall median home price. For further comparison, the overall median home price in 2022 was $365,000.

There were 1,805 sales in November, down 13.4% from 2,085 sales in October. Median Home Price The median home price for November was recorded at $380,000, down from $388,990 in October. Inventory of Homes for Sale Inventory for November was recorded at 11,604, up 2.2% from October when inventory was recorded at 11,357. The market slowly settled over the last 12 months, and we now have what we consider a ‘balanced market’ for the first time in many years. Inventory in October 2024 was still 45.4% higher than in October 2023 The end of a nine-month inventory increase in October as interest rates rose back into the 6.0s, While inventory has shifted, this still represents a significant improvement compared to last year, offering more opportunities for buyers.
